PLOT, also known as PlotAI, is an AI interactive novel app — a personal daydream engine. You pick a genre or type one line of the story you want; the AI writes the novel and you read it, steering with A/B choices or free-text input. You don't write it — you read it. Is PLOT a character chat app?
No — it is a different kind of product. Character chat apps are built around talking to one character you carefully set up. PLOT writes a novel: narrative prose with branching choices, characters managed by the story itself, and an ending whenever you want one. If you want a conversation partner, a character chat app fits better. If you want to read the story only you wanted to read, that is PLOT.
Does the AI forget the story after many turns?
Keeping the plot is the whole point — it's in the name. The engine tracks events, characters, and foreshadowing behind the scenes as the story grows. Type "actually, he was an alien all along" at turn 50: PLOT digs up the foreshadowing you forgot you planted.
Do I need to write well to use it?
No. Starting your own story takes one rough line — no lorebooks, no character sheets, no prompt engineering. PLOT is made for readers, not writers. If making the story you want feels like work, that's a writing tool, not a consumer app.

Free to start, and there's no subscription. Reading runs on page credits; the mobile apps let you earn free pages by watching ads, and one-time page packs are there if you want more. Starting a new story of your own is free.
